OF THE GROUND

Soil conditions

It is considered that the client has a flat land free of a layer of vegetation and with the necessary hardness for the assembly of the house. Otherwise, the necessary land improvements will be listed in the appendix.

CASE

TECHNICAL

Municipal treatment is not taken into account, this has a cost of € 2500.- due to the feasibility of drinking water and sanitation provided by the client.

LOGIN

NETWORK

The house only includes the electricity, water and sewage networks inside the house and their respective appliances, sockets and switches, as well as the general electrical panel, leaving the connection to the electricity network, the sewer or pit at the owner's expense, this can be ordered from OPTIMAL at an additional cost.

LOCATION

AND GROUND CONDITIONS

A maximum distance of 100 km from Lyon is taken into account for the price indicated, according to the table of French road distances.

The land must have the necessary space to park trucks rampla of 18 m and adequate access of at least 3.5 m free.
